Designed with a Dickey roof, custom wood doors and windows and finished in a traditional sand texture, the exteriors are built to last.

The cottage interior finished in rich woods and stone packages a kitchen, small living and eating area together with a bedroom, laundry, closets & attic storage!

Echoing the style of the Guest Cottage, the 5,000 square-foot Main House is sited on the centerpoint of the peninsular, taking full advantage of the 360 degree views. Separated from the cottage by the pool and spa and located lower in elevation on the bluff, this residence commands its own presence, yet still feels unified to the other structures.

Featuring a porte cochere, an elevator, a high velocity air-conditioning system and a gym the residence is positioned to fully maximize the trade winds and encompass every view.
