An Oceanfront Estate

This complex comprises a 6,000 square-foot main house with a spectacular oceanfront vista, an adjacent pool, a 4,000 square-foot guest house plus a studio.

Carefully designed within the footprint of an existing structure, the main house detailing combines exotic woods, traditional siding and stone veneers into a rich composition. Stained wood columns march around the perimeter lanais and harmonize with stained balustrades and decks. Slate roofs and copper accents embellish the architecture. The guest house and studio both echo and vary this theme.

Internally, rich wood floors, millwork and cabinetry are a constant theme in all the buildings. The latest technologies have been utilized throughout in the design of sophisticated lighting, audio-visual and high-velocity air-conditioning systems.
