A wedge-shaped lot requiring a creative solution resulted in this 'house of many jogs'! The stepping form of this home externally manifests itself more subtly on the interior.

The 2nd level of this 2-storey residence focuses towards the adjacent golf course and the ocean views. This is where the main living area is located, the narrow structure allowing the trades to be easily funnelled through theseinterior spaces creating a cool and open space. The 1st floor, where all the bedrooms are located plus a study, wraps around an interior courtyard and a lap pool.

Light travertine floors throughout combined with dark wood window trim, louvers, doors and cabinetry project a feel of freshness and airiness.
